Continuing our Rouleur Award series (see link for award details) with the final 180k. All sub 200k populaires and the Team Dart will start and finish at one of the two Rouleur Brewing Co's locations (Carlsbad and North Park). For the 200k event, there is one scheduled each month until the end of the year. You may sign up on any of those 200k events to fulfill the award requirements.

This 180k populaire will start from Rouleur Brewing in Carlsbad. You'll headout to the coast and ride north to Oceanside where you'll pick up the San Luis Rey River Trail. At Mance Buchanon Park, you'll jump off the bike path and continue on College Ave to North River Dr to reach Sleeping Indian Rd where you'll start your first climb of the day through the Morro Hills community, passing farms and orchards on both sides of the road. Passing through Fallbrook and reaching Rainbow, you'll continue the trek through San Diego's farming community before making your way to the quiet back country roads of Rice Canyon and Couser Canyon. Descending down on Circle R Rd, you return through Escondido through Harmony Grove and Elfin Forest, then winding through Rancho Santa Fe on El Camino Real before reaching Solana Beach, where you'll continue on the coast to Poinsettia Dr to start your final climb back to the finish at Rouleur Brewing.

The third installment of the Rouleur Series is just over 100 miles with 6996 ft of total climbing. Despite the effort, you will have completed an adventure on your bike exploring the amazingly beautiful farm country in the north inland parts of San Diego County. Sections of this route are taken from De Luz 200k.
